Sleepwrist is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities on a case by case basis. Changes made after an order is placed do not affect that order.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Sleepwrist reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Sleepwrist confirms acceptance and payment has been processed.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout and, where payment has already been taken, refund you in full without delay.

Purchases are subject to our refund policy, outlined in Section 6.

You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only.

SECTION 4: PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted. Shipping and handling charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. UK orders may be subject to import duties or VAT collected at checkout or on delivery, depending on order value and destination.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and payment information, and you authorize charges at posted prices, including applicable taxes and fees.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only. Sleepwrist is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to your nominated address.

SECTION 6: REFUND POLICY

We offer a 90 day money back guarantee. If Sleepwrist is not right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you have used it. We want you to actually try it. We just ask that all parts are included and that you cover the return shipping cost.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at sofia@getsleepwrist.com and we will make it right.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sofia@getsleepwrist.com.

UK customers: in addition to the guarantee above, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us at sofia@getsleepwrist.com to start a return.

Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare provider before using any product if you have an existing medical condition, injury, chronic pain, circulation problems, skin sensitivity, allergies, recent surgery, or if you are pregnant.

If you experience pain, numbness, tingling, irritation, discomfort, swelling, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms during use, stop using the product immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

You acknowledge that you are using Sleepwrist products voluntarily and accept responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate for your individual circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, Sleepwrist is not liable for injury, aggravation of existing conditions, or adverse effects resulting from misuse of its products or failure to follow the instructions provided.

Third party tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for third party content or websites accessed through the Services.

SECTION 12: RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sleepwrist is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Sleepwrist. Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions between you and Sleepwrist. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify from related claims.

SECTION 13: PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. Information may be processed in countries other than your own as required to provide the Services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including UK GDPR where relevant.

You grant Sleepwrist a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use any feedback you submit. We are under no obligation to compensate or respond to it.

SECTION 15: ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services. If a genuine pricing or product error affects an order you have placed, we may cancel that order before dispatch. In that case, we will notify you and refund any amount paid in full without delay.

Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to a product is limited, at our option, to the replacement of the product, the supply of an equivalent product, or a refund of the price paid.

SECTION 20: INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sleepwrist, Shopify, and their affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services, except to the extent the claim arises from our own negligence or breach of law.

Invalid provisions will be severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For UK customers, nothing in this clause removes any protection you are entitled to under mandatory UK consumer law.
