SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. UK orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer, and UK orders may be subject to customs processing.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the US and UK. Any optional express shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package.

Damaged or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us right away at sofia@getssleepwrist.com and we will make it right.

Undeliverable packages

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or a failed delivery attempt, we may need to charge a reshipment fee to send it again.

Returns and shipping costs

If you return your order under our 90 day money back guarantee, we will refund the full product price. Any optional express shipping costs are non refundable for change of mind returns. If a product is faulty, we will also cover reasonable return shipping costs.
